Montagne Jeunesse , Exotic Fruits-Dragon Fruit Sauna Face mask

Hi guys , so a few weeks ago I was sent some lovely face masks by ,Monatagne Jeunesse.I use Montagne jeunesse face masks time and time again as I think they are just so blissful and relaxing on the skin .
Before I get on to the review I'll tell you a bit about the company:

  • All Montagne Jeunesse face masks can be purchased and are available nationwide at Stores such as Asda ,Superdrug,Tesco,New Look and Morrisons.
  • All of their products are vegatarian approved, made from natural ingredients and are Paraben-free.
  • Montagne Jeunesse is proud of it's uncompromising natural credentials and ethos for "conservation of energy, protection of animals and the environment
Now for those of you that have no idea what Paraben is ,I went ahead and did a little research for you.
Many companies nowadays use Parabens to preserve their products ,using these Parabens help reduce bacteria and fungus therefore the products can be used for a longer period. Paraben is  a chemical so It can be harmful to your body.
So Montagne Jeunesse DOES NOT use Parabens in any of their products , meaning these face masks are really healthy and  safe to use.
ON TO THE REVIEW-

The first mask I reviewed was the Pawpaw peel off , part one of the Exotic fruits trillogy.

So the next mask I used was the Dragon Fruit Sauna skin sizzling cleanse mask. This smelled and looked amazing. Like it was this pinky red liquiddy texture and went on the skin a bit like a honey consistency. Like I said the smell was really good and I've never had dragon fruit before but the smell was so nice I was tempted to eat it. -Have no fear, I didn't.
The great thing about it was was when I actually applied it to my skin my face suddenly felt really hot but in a nice way, like it genuinely felt as though I was in a sauna. And we all know how good it is for our skin to get cleansed with the heat every now and again. After I washed it off I felt like my skin was much more clearer and softer and maybe some of my blackheads had gone.
This mask was an easy A grade and I will definitely be trying this again. If you would like to try it yourself you can purchase it from any big store such as Asda , Morrisons ,Superdrug or New look .Or take a look at the website HERE.

Toni&guy Hair meet Wardrobe Weekend Glamour Hair spray

hi guys , I'M AWARE ! I've not blogged for ages but I've been so busy lately !Anyway ,let's get on to the review before I rant about how hard this coursework is to catch up on. So the next Toni&Guy HAIR MEET WARDROBE product I will be reviewing is the Glamour firm- hold Hairspray.

I tend not to need to use hairspray as my hair is pretty lenient with me and stays where and how I put it for as long as I want it to . But i figured I'd try it anyway.

I'm not very keen on hairspray because of how hard and rough it makes your hair feel , this partic hairspray didn't really make my unbearable but I still didn't like the texture my hair was giving off.
But enough with my downers , I thought this added really good shine to my hair and kept in place my curls. It 's actually a really nice smelling hairspray which is kind of crazy but with all of it's qualities in mind I'm going to give this product three stars out of five.
So if you're looking to buy this product Boots would be the best place to splash out for Christmas , as this product costs £6.39  ,which is ok but not when the can is only 250 ml (it hardly lasts ).So I think the best and more "efficient "way would be to buy the Hair meet wardrobe whole set which includes , A shampoo , conditioner, tousling-texturising  spray ,hairspray and spin pins, all carried in a beautiful bag. This way you're getting all these full sized products for £18.Which is most definitely a bargain.

Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Mild

Hi guys, well remember ,remember the 5th of November I guess the night is here and I'm not gonna hear the end of it.People need yo call it quits with the fireworks ,I'm tired :(.So for a while I have been trying out some Clinique anti blemish range products and I'm sad to say I haven't actually had any luck with them .

So , I just gave up on the whole range and went to a more natural approach , a soft liquid mild soap .And I'm actually quite impressed with this product.
This is only a small gifties bottle but I feel like it's my pot of gold at the end of a rainbow trapped inside this handy vial.Ok, so it's not as mythological as all of what I just said but ygm, hopefully !When I used this for around a week or so , the results were great.I found my skin purer , softer and feeling clearer. Obviously my skin still had scarrs so my skin didn't look amazing to some people  , but it genuinely felt amazing and I knew it was helping inside.
Most of my blackheads had been washed out and it was a very gentle soap to use.It didn't irritate my skin like Clinique's products usually do !So I'm excited to get the fullsize bottle and get better results.

Well, If you would like to purchase this product yourself , you can have a look at Boots by clicking HERE.The actual bottle will be a nicer more mature pumping 200ml bottle and costs £15.Hope you enjoy !

Montagne Jeunesse Exoctic Fruits PawPaw Peel Off Face mask review

Hi guys , so about a week ago I was sent some lovely face masks by ,Monatagne Jeunesse.I use Montagne jeunesse face masks time and time again as I think they are just so blissful and relaxing on the skin .

ON TO THE REVIEW-

This review is on the MONTAGNE JEUNESSE Paw Paw Peel Off.So like I've said time and time again peel off's arent usually my fave but this actually looked really appealing to me . The packet itself looked so exotic and bright and It just made me feel like  this was the first mask I wanted to try.
The face mask itself was really sticky , it had a kind of honey consistency . It smelled good enough to eat and I was very tempted to try it . -ok ,that's a bit shady !
It was kind of like a peach melba scent ,EXCEPT it was papaya, grape, mango and Noni Juice.I've never heard of Noni juice before but it is meant to have healing and antioxident properties.Well , this mask was a "phenomenal pore blast ".I have to admit , my akin felt refreshed and clear after removing the mask .I still saw blackheads but I did feel they had been controlled to some extent. This smelled amazing and did moisture my face really well.I like the tightness they have on your skin ,because you can feel the mask working it's way along getting rid of the dead skin cells , so it's just as good an exfoliator too !

For me , it didn't reduce any pimples but it may have reduced redness and inflammatory in the cheeks.Obviously because of my acne , I'm not really able to decide whether it's the mask that's worked or just my medication.
This particular mask is £1.29  from the Montagne Jeunesse Exotic Fruits collection and I think it is a really good face mask .I think this mask was very relaxing and soft to the touch and almost effortless to use and we could all do with these masks at least once a week for a bit of pamper time!
So if you would like to purchase the face mask yourself hop on to the website HERE.

Toni&Guy HAIR MEET WARDROBE Texturising Spray for the casual look

Hi guys , so how is this lovely Brittish weather going for you ?*sarcasm intended*

But anyway , less about the weather more about another exciting product I've got for you guys .Well it's another product from the Toni&Guy Hair meet wardrobe range.

I've found the cleansing and detoxifying shampoo to be my favorite product out of the whole thing. It's really made my hair change an awful lot.It feels lighter and clean , soft and doesn't get greasy till after the third day, which is what every girl wants !

But I have to say the Toni&Guy Texturising Spray was a close second. It was mad, I went to bed after washing my hair and spraying with the spray, no drying , (air dry is the way)and when I woke up I had these gorgeous curls , but not ringlets or anything.I really liked this , so I went ahead and did it again the next time i showered, butusing less spray this time and I got really loose ,kind of crimped boho hair .I think this look suits me as I've got different tones of browns and blondes in the lowershafts of my hair in contrast to the darker browns at the tops of my hair .I find this product is lightweight and isn't sticky and easy to use , even on dry hair.
It gives a rreally casual look and I think it' s a great product .You can purchase this fromBoots and for better value for money you can get the whole gift set for just £18.

Betrousse Pretty Beauty Box Review

Hi guys , so today I have a rather prolonged and awaited but exciting review. It's on this months Betrousse Pretty Beauty, beauty box.
Let me tell you a bit about the company,Betrousse is a french company that specialize in monthly beauty boxes bulging with exciting and useful full size products at an immensely reduced price. For instance , this months box has nine products worth £122 at an amazing price of £19.For Betrousse there's no subscriptions and no catch .All it is , is every month if you feel like a particular box appeals to your tastes then you purchase it and will receive it within days. So what's not to like !

So I was  really excited to see that there was a range of different products which was a huge relief seen as last months beauty box did happen to have 3 anti wrinkle /face creams. When I got this at the doorstep I was quick to tear into it.Let's take a look at the contents!

So Yves Rocher is a company i've actually heard about before but never actually purchased from .This is  one of my favorites in the whole box and it is the YVES ROCHER Organic refreshing gel cleanser. This is a 200ml squeezy bottle for £11.
Cleansers are often something I struggle with but I've found that this cleanser is very soft and gentle on the skin and has helped out my skin a lot. It's been good at removing my make up and refreshing my face.I'm glad to say I've not any spots the past three or four days *touchwood*.-hopefully it will stay that way. What's cool about this cleanser is that it's a gel so I think it works better on the skin at cleaning more of the surface rather than just seeping in your pores straight away like a normal liquid cleanser would usually do.It's completely natural so i think it's a very hardworking product.

Next is the Yves Rocher Sexy pulp Volume Gloss (pink).Ok , so I wasn't over the moon about getting a lip gloss , I mean they're pretty out of fashion now and not that amazing looking. But I thought it deserved a little more than harsh marking. So, one thing I really liked was it smelled amazing. Like i can't really define it that well but it's more of a sweet and flowery ,girly scent.I'm glad it's not super sticky !in fact it's not sticky at all so i might actually wear it when I feel like a bit of shine. It doesn't change your lip color that much ,it's just coming up quite light and sheer ,no actual tint of the lips.my lips are thankfully quite "volumy"already (i'm grateful !) so I don't really see any difference in the size or the pulpyness of my lips .This is a standard size lip gloss and costs £13.90.

The next product is one I am generally quite excited to try , it's the Cupcake Organic Frankincense &Orange Day Cream which is one of two types of product you could receive, you would either get this one or the Blue Tansy &lavender Balancing Day cream, which sounds pretty nice.
So this is a 30ml tub costing £16 and smells very "zesty" but also quite "cinomenny"and If you are a common reader you'll know that I'm not too keen on the smell of cinnomen but this probably won't stop me from using it .If it's a day cream , i imagine it won't be a heavy cream , and won't be too moisturising so I reckon this will be good for normal or oily skin types.

Next is a producty I really don't have a lot to say about.it's the Kesari Radieuse Anti-age cream.obviously my innitial thoughts was to give this to my mum seen as i wouldn't be finding any use in it but it's a shame that a £47 bottle has gone to waste seen as the pump is broken and I can't get any cream out :(
schmur.

This next one is also a product I'm excited to use and it's the ESSYTA COSMETICS Body moisturising Lotion for dry skin. This is a 250ml bottle for £13.50 ,I don't have any dry skin patches at the moment but I know I'll definitely use it when I do.Even on my hand it's very moisturising and makes your skin feel soft and firmer .
The only thing I'm not so keen on is the smell , it's a little woodsy shall we say and it seems a bit natural due to it's "leafy " qualities .

And also  lets not forget one of the finest... Arganti Argon Oil.I honestly don't get the big fassination for argon oil. It's no better than oilve oil and that's saying something. I think if you use moroccan or maccadamia oil you may like argon oil ,but if you have been using oilve oil for a while you probably will want to keep at it. I know I will , through my Asian heritage I'll stick with the original stuff. It's oil , and it's qualities are exactly the same , it just sounds fancy. It makes hair shiny, less frizzy, conditions and makes her thicker and grow faster. This little antidote is 60ml and costs £10.

And there's also the Vera Valenti Valetta eyeshadow -wow ,mamma taught this chick some grammer, that's hekloads of alliteration.
It's handy dandy and cute. These light and pinky/white shades are definitely me and I will  certainly be using them !this palette is available in either pink or Grey  and costs £2.

Crack nail varnish is something I've always wanted to try but I usually stay away from nail polish in general , I'm just not the type and am not patient enough !Plus I don't have the nails for it ! But this Saffron london Cracking Nail Polish is included  too and I imagine will look great paired with the right base.

And last but not least  , Papier Poudre .At first I didn't really know what this was but it's actually really cute and quite a "gifty" idea.

Inside you have oil controlling film of three flavors  White,Rose and Rachel (maybe not flavors There's 65 sheets in each booklet and all you have to do is rip a page out of the book when you feel a little clammy or oily and place on the skin. When you  remove it you'll notice the dark shade on the sheet is the grease from your skin, I think in the long run using these will prevent spots too as you're keeping your skin clear. It's great for after sport or if you're wanting to look pretty when you"jimmy ".

Oh hey , check me out in the limelight .So there you go , 9 full size products awaiting your call,if you like the look of this months box then check out BETROUSSE.COM. They really do an amazing job at putting together great beauty boxes and they're a great way to treat yourself.I think it's a great box as it's at an amazing price of £19.
